Ownership brings a strong balance of expertise, with Kelly Kowalski Jr. focused on system design, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance, and Dave Burelson bringing over 20 years of excavation and equipment operation experience critical to proper system
installation.
Elite focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant, and site-specific septic solutions with a strong understanding of Oregon DEQ and local county requirements.
